You may be better off scanning the drawings individually and setting them on short frames in a video editior.

I commend this, this was pretty well executed for a short traditional animaiton.

A solid start in establishing environment and ambience, with great pacing. These features are where many other NG animations fall short. It is also decently animated with a complementing artstyle. You have my thumbs of approval.

Not bad for a first attempt. Your frames may be out of sync due to a change in framerate, (like going from 30fps to 24fps, or something). But I may suggest, instead of starting out with long, drawn out videos, try short, quirky skits. You can accomplish them faster and they'll give you a little freedom to experiment with different art styles and animation techniques.

I checked the frame rate many times. They're all on 24fps so I don't think that was the problem. The original length of this animation was 45 seconds. I thought that was short enough xD

Besides the simplistic artistic style and borderline montone Voice Acting, this actually had some good comedic pacing and was certainly well written.
