Hai fellow Newgrounders, got some updates to share with you!

Rin of Katawa Shoujo, Augmented, Deus Ex style

So aside some other animation project that you'll soon see in the not too distant future, I've been working on some animation tests to try my hand on Anime style characters for the first time in YEARS! In the gif above, I recreated the character Rin, from 4Chan's (4 Leaf Studios) visual novel: Katawa Shoujo (which I just read through for shits and giggles) with Deus Ex Augmentations (as the character originally doesn't have arms due to a birth defect).

Lilly of Katawa Shoujo with Retnal Enhancement Augmentation

In this example, depicts Lilly from the same visual novel, but with Deus Ex style Retnal Augmentations. These little tests may evolve into a full project, but I won't make that decision until I finish up a couple of things on my immediate pipeline. A preview of some one of my current projects is below.

Madness characters vs Castle Crashers

In Other News...

Been experimenting with making some of my own music that may or may not be used in some future projects, some are kinda silly/creepy, others a bit more serious. Either way, I'm getting pretty excited to branch out a tad more in audio production. Links to some of my new music can be found below, I would love your feedback on some of them!

Hello newgrounders! Long time no see. Hope all is going well with you guys and that you all had a good Labor Day (at least for those of you in the US). Speaking of labor, made this little cartoon on the grudgingly slow days at work, and took the time on Labor Day to finalize and upload it for all to see!

You can view the Newgrounds version in 1080p at the link below:

But for those of you with 3D glasses and/or 4K displays, there's a 3D 4K version available as well!

Sorry for the CapsLock title, I'm not really yelling. Wub u bunches!

Hi NG! It's been a while! Have something special for you, a little project that has been on the backburner for quite some time now. I'm finally happy to release it to all of you, you can find it in the link below.

Zaeed's Day Off

http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/642518

Alternatively you can watch the 3D 4K version on YouTube, if you don't have anything to emulate stereoscopy (i.e. 3D glasses) you can disable the 3D in the settings button.

Beyond that, have a couple of small projects on the horizon as soon as I finish Finals for the Summer semester and get a whole lot of catchup sleep. Have yourself a great day!

In case you guys missed MAGFest this last January, here's the full length video of the MAGFest audience asking questions of renown NG animators: Egoraptor, Oney, El-Cid, RicePirate, Spazkid, PsychicPebbles, RubberNinja, Stamper; about workflow, inspiration, future projects and other topics.

Some pretty good info and inspiration for the rest of you animators out there.

WARNING: Almost 2 hours long, dirty words like "fart" "fuck" "poop" "butts" are frequently mentioned

Beyond that, stay groovy, stay crazy, Happy Animating!

This one however won't be posted to NG, I know how you guys are with your prefered length of entertainment...

...and hopefully this doesn't happen, but Luckey also said that he wasn't considering to sell OculusVR in an interview 3 weeks before the Facebook sale.

Just an update.

Haven't been making cartoons as frequently as of late. Been concentrating more on quality rather than quantity. Just came out with this one for St. Patricks Day, which was originally made to come out for halloween, but couldn't polish it up in time. So I released it for St. Patties Day, to which you'll see in the context of the cartoon why it's just as appropiate. You can view that cartoon in the link below:

Before that, released another quickie, partially inspired by the guy who does the reviews at EpicAirsoftHD, it's simply a video game related parody of the Epic Split video, this one is called the Epic Glitch. That video you can see in the link below:

Beyond that, have a couple of more 3D and live action videos coming up upon the horizon. But the pace is slow, since I also work full-time and take college courses. Nonetheless, I will certainly try to put-out something at least once a month. In the meanwhile, here's a picture of from one of the things I'm currently working on.

I was recommended to check out the Corvus Airsoft site near Edinburgh, needless to say, I felt pretty inspired by their site to make this video.

If the embeded video doesn't work you can view it in the link here:

A group of modders are currently undergoing a complete remake of TESIII: Morrowind into the TESV: Skyrim Engine, and they need voice actors to fill in for the character dialogue!

You can read up all about the project here:
http://morroblivion.com/

But if you wish to get started on voice acting for them, here is the page with all the info for interested VAs.

It's an indie-development, so don't expect payment besides your name in the list of credits in Morrowind!

Hello Newgrounds, I missed your lovely faces.

Been fairly busy of late, but now I have something to show for it. Lately I've been playing around in Source Filmmaker and I've been having a blast with it. Upon further tinkering, I've found that I could import any other models and assets from any other Valve game...

So I decided to hone my 3D animation skills by recreating Oney's "Left 4 Speed 2" in Source Filmmaker. Certainly learned a lot from the experience and hope to use what I've learned in some original projects down-the-road.

I've submitted a 720p version to Newgrounds, which you can see here"
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/621937

But if you wish to view the Stereoscopic 4k version, you can view it in the embedded video below.

I'm always accepting of constructive criticism from any other 3D animaters, if you have any tips or tricks to improve my animations, I'd love to hear them.

Stay Groovy, Stay Crazy, Stay Classy!

While browsing the interwebs, I came across this Gem made by Paul Johnson.

Besides that some News from my end.

For those of you who haven't seen it on the front page yet, my last animation, When Chuck Norris plays Slender, has raged on this site and is currently getting a fair share of views on YouTube as well. I've been humbled by the feedback I've been getting, and have even got a few shout outs from other artists (some with some really good work) here on NG looking to collaborate in the future.

Currently, I probably won't start or continue another animation until Mid-December, when the school semester ends. It's been pretty challenging to pump 2 animations out for Halloween while working Full-Time and going to school, don't plan on stopping that soon to do more animations, since my job pays for school; keeping tuition costs at a bare minimum.

Speaking of which, my other halloween animation, Da Thingus, not as popular as my other cartoon, but do give it a look if you fancy!

But for my next animation, I'm still stumped on what to do next, so I'll have you guys decide, so here's the list...

Facade of Doom - the alternate ending to the indie game Facade.
Pokeball Prototypes - how modern-functioning pokeballs came to be
Ghost in a Nutshell - a ghost in the shell parody, already have some bits of that animated to start!
Macgyver vs Jigsaw - Richard Dean Anderson and Tobin Bell faceoff in a game of wits, traps and gadgets, already have some bits animated to start!
The Life of Pie - a Life of Pi parody, see picture below for an idea.

As far as other content is concerned, I've made two silly, live-action videos recently, both made for a class I'm taking. (JTC 211, Computer Mediated Visual Communication). Please give them a look and tell me your thoughts!

Interview with a Minecraft Zombie

Wash yer Hands Kiddies!

And also in Art news, that last image I've made is one of my friend Jai Fraser, whom is best known for his Airsoft review channel and from ScouttheDoggie's videos. Felt inspired to make it as he enjoys the occasional Troll-lol-lol.
